Ngamba Island, just 23 kilometers from Entebbe, spans 100 acres and is home to 40 orphaned chimpanzees in a sanctuary established in 1997. Open to visitors since 1999, it offers a unique opportunity to observe and feed these primates up close.

Start from Entebbe or Kampala for an exciting 1-Day Ngamba Island Chimpanzee Safari via speedboat on Lake Victoria.

Morning briefing and then a 45-minute boat ride to Ngamba Island.
