We retain contact form submissions for a limited time to assist with customer service. Commonly requested information includes your name, email, phone number, country, and destination interests.
Comments
When you comment, we collect your displayed information, IP address, and browser user agent to help detect spam. An anonymized string from your email (a hash) may be shared with Gravatar to check for a profile picture. You can view Gravatar’s privacy policy at https://automattic.com/privacy/. Once your comment is approved, your profile picture appears publicly.

Traveller follows EU data protection laws and employs security measures to protect personal information. Access is restricted to authorized personnel. Credit card details are stored for 10 days for fraud detection and then either deleted or hashed, unless stored in your account.
Minors
Our services are not for those under 18 unless a parent or guardian consents. We will remove any information from individuals under 18 if received.
