Day 1: Transfer to Bwindi Impenetrable
After an early breakfast in Kampala, embark on a scenic 9-10 hour drive to Bwindi with a stop at the Equator for photos and lunch in Mbarara. Arrive at the Lodge for dinner and an overnight stay
Day 2: Gorilla Habituation Experience
After an early breakfast, head to the park headquarters for a briefing before searching for the majestic gorillas in Bwindi Forest. Known for its mountain gorillas, tracking them can be unpredictable, but the experience of observing these gentle giants is unforgettable and exhilarating. The Gorilla Habituation experience lasts nearly all day, and you will spend four hours with the gorillas before returning to your Lodge.
Day 3: Transfer to Kibale Forest National Park and Bigodi Swamp Walk
After breakfast, drive to Kibale Forest National Park, arriving in the afternoon. Enjoy views of the “Mountains of the Moon” along the way, with a lunch stop in Fort Portal. Visit the Bigodi swamp eco-tourism site, where you can see unique plants and rare birds like the Great Blue Turaco and Narina Trogon. Dinner and overnight stay will be at your Lodge.
Day 4: Chimpanzee Habituation Experience in Kibale National Park
After breakfast, set off for Kibale Forest with a packed lunch. The day begins at 8:00 AM with a briefing on trekking rules before searching for chimpanzees in the forest. This half-day activity will also allow you to spot other primates like Grey-cheeked Mangabey, Red-Colobus, and various monkeys swinging in the trees. Your guide will share insights on the primates’ lifestyles and the rich biodiversity of the forest. With approximately 5,000 wild chimps in Uganda, Kibale is an ideal location for this unforgettable experience. After the trek, return to your hotel.
Day 5: Transfer to Entebbe
After breakfast, travel to Kampala with lunch en route, then head to Entebbe for your afternoon or evening flight to Arusha, upon arrival at Kilimanjaro International Airport in Arusha our representative will meet you and transfer you to a pre booked hotel in Arusha or Kilimanjaro where you will spend a night.
Day 6: Transfer to Serengeti National Park.
Early morning after breakfast, you will be driven to Serengeti National Park and head straight to your camp/lodge for lunch, followed by an afternoon game drive. Enjoy dinner and overnight stay in Serengeti.
Option to fly from Arusha Airport for to Seronera Airstrip at Extra Cost
Days 7: Serengeti Wildlife Safari
Breakfast at the camp/lodge, and then proceed for a full day of wildlife safaris, witnessing the Great Migration or the Big Five. We shall Picnic lunches in the bush or at the lodge.
Optional hot air balloon safari or guided nature walks (extra cost).
Dinner and overnight at the lodge.
Day 8: Departure from Serengeti
Breakfast at the resort/hotel. Morning for last-minute activities or relaxation.
Check-out and transfer to Seronera Airstrip or drive back to connect with your international departure
